Analysis of Voice Quality for Telecoms: MTN vs. Telecel in Ghana
This project presents a detailed analysis and visualization of voice quality for the top two telecom companies in Ghana, MTN and Telecel (formerly Vodafone). The dashboard leverages data collected over a period of 4 days, by the Ministry of Communication's National Communication Authority (NCA),to compare the voice quality metrics between these leading telecom providers in the Capital Region of the Country(Greater Accra Region).

Project Impact:This dashboard has provided valuable insights into voice quality performance for MTN and Telecel in Ghana. By comparing and visualizing data, it has informed strategic decisions, highlighting areas for improvement and guiding targeted service enhancements. With a score under 3.5 considered a fail, this tool will be crucial in identifying underperforming aspects of voice service, enabling telecom companies to address issues promptly.
