Analysis of Voice Quality for Telecoms: MTN vs. Telecel in Ghana

This project presents a detailed analysis and visualization of voice quality for the top two telecom
companies in Ghana, MTN and Telecel (formerly Vodafone). The dashboard leverages data collected
over a period of 4 days, by the Ministry of Communication's National Communication Authority (NCA),to compare the voice quality metrics between these leading telecom providers
in the Capital Region of the Country(Greater Accra Region).

    this tool will be crucial in identifying underperforming aspects of voice service, enabling telecom
    companies to address issues promptly.
